Made in 14 hours in the Godot engine. You are building a city, and need to balance between your assets and liabilities. If you have over a hundred assets or liabilities, you lose.

Urban buildings (black) generate one asset per tile and suburban (gray) buildings generate one liability per tile. Harbor buildings (brown) generate two assets if they are next to an urban tile.

Most urban and suburban tiles will need to be placed next to a tile of the same type, with the exception of 1x1 tiles and the huge freeway tile.

Click on a tile, and click again to place it. Right click to cancel. Assets are displayed in the upper left, and liabilities in the upper right. Your liabilities will increase at an accelerating pace each placement.
